ShowHQ was founded by event production professionals who got tired of juggling spreadsheets, text threads, and outdated software to manage their crews.
From the field to the code
After years of running live events — from corporate conferences to concert tours — we noticed the same problem everywhere: production companies were using a patchwork of tools to manage their most important asset, their crew.
Availability tracked in group texts. W-9s collected through email. Skills listed in a spreadsheet that was always out of date. Show schedules living in someone's head. It worked, barely, but it didn't scale.
We built ShowHQ to be the single source of truth for event production companies. One platform where crew profiles, show scheduling, inventory tracking, and accounting integration all live together.
